What is ZetoChain?

The main idea of the developer is the constant monitoring of production, packaging, transportation, and sales of food products. The ZetoChain app is intended for manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. The adaptive platform is suitable for restaurant supply chains, in retail, production, packaging and food delivery.

How does ZetoChain work?

ZetoChain's work is based on an intelligent contract system between producers, operators and food product retailers. The IoT sensor monitors the temperature conditions in the warehouse, records the date of delivery and receipt of the cargo, sending notices in case of technical problems and other emergencies.

Problem

It's no secret that the high growth rates of food consumption in Europe and America are characterized every year by perseverance. Every year the requirements for product quality continue to grow. Consumers want to see safe products with quality assurance. In turn, retailers also want to follow the rules set for transportation, storage and product movement. Especially with respect to objects with special conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). Consider security when they appear on the store shelves. Of course, companies want to retain their brand names and partners. However, in this rather uncomfortable chain - from a conveyor outlet to a consumer basket - you can lose some of the links out of control, which, unfortunately, has happened and continues to happen.

ZetoChain is based on three principles:

Transparency and trust.

Resellers and customers can track the product's name history from the manufacturer to the counter, all information about the delivery date and the storage period recorded in the block chain. This reduces the likelihood of counterfeiting, protecting the customer's health and the reputation of the manufacturer.

Security and storage.

Hardware failure notification system, expiration date, late delivery at customs reduce producer losses. The ability to know the actual production date, packing and deliveries to the store reduces the cost of finding and removing poor quality products.

Efficiency and quality.

Monitoring of storage and operating conditions of automated equipment, which reduces staffing costs for labor. This approach improves the efficiency of the supply chain by establishing new levels of quality in the industry.

Project ecosystem. Each product is labeled with a barcode before exiting the production line, determined by the platform, using an intelligent contract that contains parameters for transportation technology conditions (eg, temperature and humidity). The product is then placed in a refrigerated storage equipped with a sensor, which in turn controls the parameters set in real time. In this case, tracking is available in mobile apps. When goods enter the retail trade, the tracking system continues to work. Customers can review product storage histories before purchasing them for mobile apps. In conclusion. In my opinion, this project is very promising. The idea of the project is simple and transparent. The project team consists of 20 members, founders and developers, including 5 advisors. The team itself is experienced, specialists from the IT segment and from the logistics sector and the food supply is represented. Of course, the project was not spontaneously born, well-prepared project documentation, colorful information sites with graphics and textual information, detailed statistical studies, and presented data. To date, the project has competitors, but the technology offered by Zeto, has no analogue. Industries such as goods movement have large cash flow, but the main motivation for successful activities is customer-oriented and quality of goods,
